Honeycrisp $29.50/10lb box The aromatic flesh is creamy white, exceptionally crisp and sweet with a shocking amount of juice. The fruit is very large with a short and plump shape. Skin colour can be quite variable, but typically presents as red stripes over a honey background. Stores in the refrigerator for up to 2 months
Ambrosia $23.95/10lb box Very attractive bi-coloured apple with a vibrant red blush over a cream coloured background. The white flesh is very firm and crunchy as well as extremely juicy with an excellent sweet flavour. The flesh is naturally very slow to oxidize and may be sliced and left out for several hours with only minimal browning. Stores in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks
